Sachsenring has limited track days for racing events which makes a DTM round there very unlikely as mentioned before.

DTM may go to Porto in 2017, with the return of the street circuit. It could've returned in 2016, but there are track changes that are required in the final bit of the track, ie. put a chicane somewhere with a bit of runoff.
