Brundle’s “x driver owns the corner” bullshit drives me fucking insane. It’s not your goddamn corner if someone is next to you. How else are you supposed to race if the guy in front is just entitled to do whatever the hell he wants just because he’s ahead?

Hamilton took a very very wide line into T1. I mean heck you could've driven a city bus between his Merc and the apex. It was pretty obvious what his intention was. Run Verstappen as wide as possible.

But to be on the safe side, Red Bull should have Verstappen hand the position back to Hamilton at the re-start cause that was pretty cheeky by him being so far behind. Try to salvage something later into the race, there's still a lot of laps remaining.
