Yeah they started 2003 with an odd rule that only allowed the tyre suppliers to take 1 type of wet tyre & given how good the inter's were both Bridgestone & Michelin were opting for them over the full wets.

If someone crashing in these conditions before the race it is somehow good to delay 10 min
