Oh God could you imagine the reaction of an everyday redneck fan if Darrell Wallace Jr and Lewis end up in the Cup series, and then Fox would have to employ a black commentator just to keep up with the diversity quotas lol

( you'll need to have watched the BAFTA's last night to get the joke, thought I'd better add that ).

you'll see Lewis in a few years releasing a quite meh R&B album, produced by Kanye West, with the latter saying "it's a masterpiece, I gave my touch and now he's finally #blessed"

Won a competition at work couple of weeks ago. Prize was to attend a live talkshow on Dutch TV. Picked a date early april only to find out last friday that Max Verstappen would be one of the guest on their table! Had a good evening yesterday, in a hotelbar in the centre of Amsterdam and got a picture taken of Max and myself and my STR shirt signed by Max and Jos! :metal: #GoMax

Sauber not participating in the Barca test because they have no new parts to test and no junior driver

Where did it all go wrong for them?

Protip:
- Barça is the nickname of the FC Barcelona team. It does not apply to the city itself.
- Typical nicknames for the city of Barcelona are Barna or BCN.
- Barca without the tail under the c means "boat" in Spanish :p

Boat in Spanish is 'barco' ... it's masculine, moreso than me and my letter writing. If you need me, I'll be in the poetry section.

Sry, should have been more precise, "small boat" as a poetry fan living in Spain you should know that, right? ;)

210 mph? If FIA allows it then the Hunaudieres chicanes must be scrapped at the La Sarthe circuit then!

The top speeds at the Birmingham Superprix was about 180mph in the old Ford RS500 Cosworths, I don't know about the F3000 cars though. It was one of the fastest street circuits at the time. 210mph must be quite a jump in speed I guess!

There will be branding seen on a team as well as trackside.

Have the old cobble stones around the old fort wall been lost forever? Would be such a shame to loose a part of history for an F1 race that lasts probably 2-3 years, then onto the next country with the largest amount of cash.

why is this race called 'Europe' Grand Prix? And not the 'Azerbaydjan' grand prix?

I thought races were called European Grand Prix because there were two races in the same country.

They seem pretty liberal with naming, there was once a "Luxembourg GP" at the Nurbugring.

Yeah, yeah, it's stil Europe, and geographical proximity, etc... but in all honesty, people give as little thought about Luxembourg than they do Azerbaijan, so there be it.
