Damn good race, with exception of the self spins of course. Really nice to see that #63 truck up front too.

Serious thought: Best NASCAR sanctioned race of the year. This race NEVER disappoints.

looks like the purse jumped up a bit for this year's race. only a few thousand more to win but alot of it spread through the field (maybe 100k more then last year).

Somebody said on Twitter that the purse was $223,000 more than last year. That was awesome to see Bobby Pierce have the finish that he had. That was the best finish for the Mittler Brothers since Carl Edwards finished 8th at IRP in 2002.

Looked like the 94 got in the way of Pierce on the final lap, perhaps preventing him from dive-bombing the 54.

Too many cautions ruined the fun a bit, but: Why isn't there more races like this?! Short tracks are awesome.

Also, a dry slick track seems good for the trucks but I wonder how they'd be if they took the windshields out, put in the usual dirt track wire and put some bit in the track.

As much as NASCAR seems to want to distance themselves from Trump, I'm shocked they let him even run the livery at all to be honest. I mean, hell, they wouldn't even Let Kenny Wallace run a Crown Royal paint scheme back in 2001 for crying out loud.

Holy shit guys, Forrister wasn't even sponsored by Trump last night. He just had the truck decaled up like that because he is a huge supporter of Trump's campaign. There was no sponsorship money whatsoever.
