Can finally say it: Porsches have gone way further and longer than I expected, certainly in terms fighting for the win

This is true. I seem to have lost all sense of perspective. Maybe it's because I was seriously expecting all the Audis to have enormous incidents as well as all the other silly crap that has happened in the past 22 hours :p

Oh well, there's always next year. I just hope that Toyota will still be in it.

In terms of issues this been a pretty bad Audi-edition. They usually have 1 car running problem-free

You have to admire Audi though. They're so good at this.

I dont hate Audi but I'm sick of this "unbeatable Audi" myth. Emphasis on word myth because 2009 has been somehow forgotten. :p

well, 12 out of 14 (13 out of 15 in 2 hours) is very close to unbeatable

I didn't really like Audi when they were overpowering everyone, being the only ones actually able to be at the front.

That changed since Peugeot. Got massive, massive respect for what they do. Can't feel bad about this.

2015 has been greenlighted already, at least internally. Source: some Pascal Vasselon interview

Yea I know, but we all remember what happened with Peugeot. Suddenly someone pulls the plug.

I don't get people hating on Audi because they win. Hate on the others failing to beat them, I'd say. Especially Toyota was quite terrible this year

I think people are just disappointed that there's no surprises and after 22 heures du potential for something new, we've finally reverted back to the expected order.
Like Citroen not winning in WTCC and then storming through on the last lap :p

There'll be more credit where it's due around at the finish when we've all got over our collective butthurt tbh.
