The NASCAR part of a massive weekend of motor racing worldwide is the first trip to the scary fast Kansas Speedway for the G6 car and the Trucks. With the new pavement offering 191 mph laps with the old car, the new car should produce even faster speeds. The Chase race last year was a wreckfest, not sure what to expect of this one.

Truck race should be interesting considering they may be flat in qualifying (or very close).

Man there were so many crashes in the 2nd race last year. It was almost comical.

nah, run the same tire

It's better a slick tyre that is a challenge to everyone than all those blowout. Specially in the last years that have almost no cautions or people fighting their cars in most of the races.

I'm all for the same tire. Let's these guys fight these cars.

The one thing that I remember that sticks out in my mind is how Johnson backed it in the wall off 4 and still came back to get a good finish.
