I didn't expect to come home and see Brandon Newberry won the pole for the truck race. I thought he would have a competitive lap but I figured one of the Turner Scott trucks would win the pole.

Haha... The Nationwide Race might be a barn burner as well. I'm setting my expectations so low for the 500 that if it turns out to be a halfway decent show I'll be completely blown away!

I certainly hope you're right, but after the first few races I dropped my expectations for ALL races this weekend by a few notches...

It seems as if they can race fine everywhere in the pack except for the lead. The duels and practice so far kind of remind me of 2000 Speedweek :/
