Utter rubbish! I'm no VP fan but he could take a couple of years out, come back and still do a reasonable job.

Buemi was doing simulator work for Red Bull and when he finished it, they told him he was fired. This was Mon/Tue. Nice.

Classy.

-----------------------------

More FI conjecture; Hulkenberg is safe, but there may have been a last-ditch effort from Petrov to buy his way into di Resta's seat.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

That means good news for Di Resta, because if Hulkenberg is doing the same as in 2010, Di Resta will easily beat him.

Shame for Sutil who did a great season this year. If I was team boss of Mercedes or Ferrari, I would check if there was a possibility to replace Schumacher or Massa. I think Sutil and Alguersuari will do a better job.

I only saw some good things at Brazil and some other races like Hungary. Most of the time, Barrichello was quicker then Hulkenberg.

Yeah, how dare a rookie in a bad car not look as good as a person who'd been in the sport nearly 20 years! On that basis Hulkenberg sucks for sure.

Well, Maldonado did a better job than Barrichello this year, for example.
And I'm not saying Hulkenberg is sucking.

That might just be because Barichello started sucking in 2011 :p

No sereously I think Hulkenberg has showed his talent with winning in almost every series he attended.

Good to see Hulkenberg get the seat. I think he has more potential than Sutil anyways.

Here's what's likely:
- Petrov takes his roubles to Caterham
- Sutil joins Pastor
- HRT takes whoever stumps up most cash (Van der Garde possible)
- Buemi goes off to Sportscars
- Alguersuari takes a reserve role at a top team
- Senna takes reserve role somewhere.

Translation:

"The Williams team has at last confirmed that Jan Charous has been elected to accompany Pastor Maldonado the following season. So, like that, the 24 year old will make his Formula 1 debut next season after being tabbed by Lotus and HRT to test with other young drivers this year, and later with open practice in Interlagos."

Yeah, it's a prank.
