I was looking on there too but Barretto was the only one I could that had raced in Europe, though Arsenio turned down the chance in the 60's.

After watching almost every GP3 race there have driven, i'm disapointed about it's entertain factor. I'll hope that example some F3 series replaces it, F3 seems to be more competition and racing.
