perhaps a very very slow pit stop leading to an unsafe release

FTFY.

That I don´t know, longer stint to hold up Max?

I think he'll get stuck behind a McLaren again. And even if he does end up ahead of Max after his first stop there isn't much chance of holding back a faster car here.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

I also think he gives precisely zero fucks. The WCC is won and if he doesn't help Hamilton, what are they going to do? Fire him? o wait

front drivers are all by themselves tomorrow, I guess tire difference will give a small advantage to Hamilton but again a safety car could change everything

Do they take covid-tests between qlf and race? I hope not. It would be the biggest buzzkill ever if Max got a positive result tomorrow morning. :slaphead:

I rather see Lewis dominate the race and make a rookie mistake handing max the title and see Toto destroy the pit ox and being taken away in a stray jacket and foaming from the mouth. It I’ll take beating with a stick too.

I’m fed up with anyone ignoring or half arseing the COVID rules. It sucks but just do your small part

Isn't Abu Dhabi a dry country? Sounds like there is a lot of drunk shouting in the paddock

masks are less likely to break when Toto smashes them against the wall or his desk.

Regarding slow laps in qualifying, there is a maximum time for inlaps and pre-race reconnaissance laps but not for outlaps.

In Abu Dhabi it was about half a minute slower than Verstappen pole lap in a shortened distance (between SC lines).

I'm predicting that Verstappen will do 2 stops, hamilton will try 1 but will get a puncture on one of those new curbs like we saw in Qatar.

Can’t sleep so browsing the web. Seeing an post-qualy interview with Lewis H. Where he basically claims max ruined his set of yellows on purpose so he could start on the reds.

He does know max simply could have set a time on red while not ruining his set of yellows right?
