I really enjoyed the qualifying session. The cars looked on the edge in the fast corners; especially that save from O'Ward!

Pleased to see Grosjean do so well. Always thought he was a quick driver with an unfair reputation in recent years (yes, a few moments of brain fade in his career, but very fast on his day). Hopefully he can keep it clean and have a strong result today.

Did they say on NBC that Grosjean won F2 championship? That's like saying Nick Heidfeld is GP2 champion because he won F3000.

eh, no different than a pre-tour or post-tour champ for NASCAR XFINITY or NASCAR Mods, or a USAC / CART / IRL / Champ Car champ being claimed as a AOWR champ during the split eras
