Horrendous "race". I can't believe that I wake up for this.

Shitty win to be honest. Verstappen had him until Alonso and Massa effed it up.

Until Singapore it was looking like we were going to have a nice fight to the end with momentum swinging back & forth between the 2 depending on circuit/conditions. But Vettel's various mistakes/problems the past few races have really taken a lot of the fun out of the championship fight sadly.

Just the way things go sometimes but still a shame.

Meh, knowing the fia both could be true. So raceban for massa and pat on the shoulder for Alonso

Lewis was stuck behind Alonso, Verstappen wouldn’t have come close without the backmarkers. The investigation against alonso is for blocking Hamilton for more than a lap. The gap from Ham to Ver went down from 2.7 secs to 0.4 secs because of Alonso. But don’t let facts get in your way of reasoning.

To be honest I think the only reason Max got as close to Lewis as he did was because of those back markers.

In clear air Lewis was faster & it was also clear watching his OnBoard at points during the race that he was managing his pace. For instance he was lifting through 130R & coasting to the chicane for most of the race so he clearly had a lot more pace if he needed it.

Lewis lost two seconds a lap for two full laps before he caugt up with Alonso and Massa, complaining of Vibrations which only got worse.

Sky F1: Had it not been for the traffic, would you have gotten him (Hamilton)?
Verstappen: I don't think so, it was because of the traffic that I closed up on him.

But keep pedalling your bullshit narrative :)

I guess there's a reason why I've set TBK up to hide your comments, I should have left it that way.

Edit:

Sky F1: Did you at any moment in this Grand Prix think you had a chance of winning it?
Verstappen: No.

I wonder if the TV direction have something against Verstappen.
We saw a replay of every (easy) overtake during this and previous race, except we didn't see a replay of Verstappen passing Hamilton for the lead in Malaysia and today passing Vettel. Especially the previous race was very strange to not show a replay or a different tv angel.
