Yellow for Harvey blowing it up.

EDIT: What is with the stream chat on the right and all the GP2 foolishness?

If you mean 'what does GP2 mean in this context?' it refers to a radio message of Alonso's that was broadcast at the 2015 Japanese GP where he described the Honda as a GP2 engine.

If you mean 'why are they spamming it?'...because they think it's funny?

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

As did I. Thanks for clarifying fella's. I thought it was that. RtN has the right of it too where they seem to think they're funny by typing it ever half second.

can't pull the quote from the IndyStar link as I hit my max on free viewing, but says some former team partners took several parts from the team.

car has new sidepods & wings on it as well (possibly one of the parts?)

Was it ever determined what caused Newgarden's crash yesterday?

Yellow for the incoming storm. Unless it blows through quickly with nothing behind it, this might wash out the rest of the day.

I never heard anything on Newgardens crash Chris. To me...from his on board it looks like he just lost it. Strange spot to lose it though.

Not to want people into walls, but doesn't the fact there are so little crashes show that it's kind of an easy deal around the track ?

They seem to be at an empass, increase speeds and the stupid high downforce design will send them flying.
Lower the speeds to keep them safe, and its flat out all the way around and little the drivers can do to get a run on each other even with the slipstream

It's like that film: Catch 44.

Saying that, I realise you posted before they increased the boost which helps matters slightly.
But as you increase the boost, there's also a lot more rubber down increasing the grip, so it doesn't quite balance out but yeah the days of flooring the throttle and being able to powerslide your way round the turns is long gone.
(Well, not that sort of setup ever worked at Indy, but you know what I mean haha)

I always get suspicious of any series where the practice and particularly qualifying sessions result in no accidents when the drivers are really going to be pushing hard.
*cough* Restrictor plate qualifying *cough*

All the users with their endless GP2 messages are killing the stream. Not from traffic, just idiocy, jajajaja.
