Jeb Burton or Bubba Wallace?

To sub for Almirola, you mean? Casey Mears is running a split schedule with Almirola in Xfinity, so it wouldn't be shocking to see him in the #43.

A comment on Almirola.. A back issue is no joke. I ruptured my L4, L5 disc last summer and I was basically in my bed for 4 weeks straight until I got a spinal injection. He fractured the T5 which is middle back. I don't think he races again this year. I could barely walk for 2 months. I went from running 10 miles a day to crying at completing 1.

I understand she was running great and unintentionally got collected by Logano's brake failure; but holy shit sweetheart, could you come across as any more of an unlikeable, rotten, tallentless, bitch? I find it impossible to believe that she had no knowledge of Almirola's condition and subsequent extraction from the car as she was in the care center. Her interviews are always a challenge to watch, but last night was one for the ages with her genuine unlikeableness.

Even harder to believe considering her interview was a bit of time after Logano's, and Logano looked like he was about to cry. It was obvious he felt terrible about Aric getting hurt.

I feel terrible for Joey, and I hope he doesn't feel like he's to blame at all in this. What happened was a mechanical failure, plain and simple, wrong place at the wrong time, and I don't think there's anything he could have done differently in that situation. There's only so much a driver can do when his car breaks at an ungodly speed like the speeds they were carrying last night.

Was curious about the interview after reading this and found it here:
[tweet]https://twitter.com/NASCARONFOX/status/863588286396121089[/tweet]

She eventually mentions Aric at the end, but even without considering that, my god is she an insufferable interview. I think even Jamie Little was dying inside during that.
