Bowman and Koch stayed out on the restart

Bowman still leads, Busch already past Koch

Actually

I think it'd be hilarious if someone wrecked both Dillon brothers

Nah, in different incidents

Someone hooks Ty then punts Austin about 50 laps later

I miss going to Loudon Busch races with my dad when it a stand alone. Insanely entertaining. It was with him and guys from his work. Auto parts. Would get tickets through Reybestos or Moog. Enough guys where they would rent a coach bus from CT. Again, just for Busch series. That idea would be laughed at now.

Sounds like there was a pretty nasty wreck in the K&N East race at Louden. Dominique Van Wieringen seemed to have an engine failure and was collected by Reid Wilson. Van Wieringen put the window net down but didn't get out of her car. She had to be cut out of the car and the safety workers put a neck brace on her but she was moving. According to Jim Utter, she is in the infield care center currently.

The only good thing about this race was Cry Dillon getting hooked by Bowman. Makes it easier to root for Bowman tomorrow in the big show.

Oh they were. Loved the old Busch North series. We would camp at Lime Rock every fall when they used to end the season there.

Fuckin classic. I remember at Lime Rock one year, either lap 1 or 2, they were heading to the up hill in no name straight and someone spun Dale Quarterley, he hit the tires and rolled over. Threw in gear and drove off. The car was all twisted but he still finished. I loved it. Think it was one of the races Bryan Wall won. They should go back there.

"Without Cuppers in the Xfinity race the stands would be empty."
Image

My issue is more with the rules allowing Cup drivers than the drivers themselfs. Almirola winning Daytona gave me the same empty feeling as Busch winning. There's NO OTHER SPORT, even other forms of auto racing where drivers weekly enter lower-tier series, just because. Don't see Hinchcliffe or Dixon running Indy Lights races do you? You all have to admit it's a major flaw.
