Pretty much confirmed by Claire williams and pat symonds on various podcasts I listened to in the 2014 season (midweek motorsport and motorsport magazines ones)

Sky are being so soap opera about vettel being annoyed at kvyat it's getting annoying

Particularly ted who used to do strategy and stuff and is now covering seb's emotional state instead.
