Do you think some of the track promoters (such as Eddie Gossage of Texas, next week's track) might raise a stink about Kenseth getting suspended for his actions?

It seems kind of funny they'd punish a driver and then use his actions in almost every promotional package for the next several years. Some promoters, such as Gossage, thrive on conflict such as this, and they use it to sell tickets. They've done so for years. They might argue less tickets will be sold because one of the principal antagonists of this week's big drama was parked for the next race.

Just a thought.

For what it's worth, I feel like Keselowski took Kenseth out on purpose. I hadn't seen any of the other stuff before the big moment, but I watched some of it afterwards on the DVR. Looked like Keselowski had it straight for a moment after they first touched and then he just cut it back into Kenseth's LR.

Gossage is channeling his inner Ashley Schaeffer right now.

He can feel all this ridiculous impending promotitional material deep in his plums....They're gettin' a nice bluish hue, gettin' ready to take 'em to the farmer's market.

I guess he might have though Kenseth was crowding him. Or he was mad that it was probably going to cost him the spot since it killed his momentum on corner exit.

I think something broke in the 2's RF after the first contact.

Brad was saying in Twitter that the initial contact with the 20 broke his tie rod and that's why he got into the 20 to cause the spin... But that's what he says.....
