Are we expecting a wet race, or will it dry out later?

The race is expected to start damp and then dry out. Rain should stop at about 11:30 local time (currently 9:37).

Just checked the forecast again and it now looks like rain will continue until 15 minutes before the race start.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Will be an interesting race if the track remains wet. Hopefully it will be a standing start.

Someone doesn't want F1 to succeed in America. I get the feeling that if they went to Laguna Seca they'd get the same weekend as the San Andreas Fault opening up

Yeah, The sprint race was wet, Feature race started with a damp track in places but was dry enough for them to use slicks.

That about sums it up. Historic Formula One cars and a safety car start. The old legends are rolling in their graves.

8 min left in the race, they are still behind the SC.

Fia have announced they're banning intermediate tyres from the race.

And ferrari and Meredes are restricted from running slicks and wets too until one of them relents and supplies red bull with engines for 2016
