Interesting : Lewis seems to have made his permitted gear ratio change. Those gears are now as short as the Williamses and McLarens

I don't think there is a track limits in force there. At least I don't recall hearing anything of one.

There were a number of occasions through qualifying whereby a driver went clearly over the white lines and the times were not disallowed. Vettel's first Q3 lap is a great example of that happening.
