Nope that's fair. Race never actually started so they can work on it. No pre race parc ferme like F1.

Technically Power crashed as they came to take the green. So therefore shouldn't be in the race. JPM should also be out!

Agreed. Obviously it's irritating because nobody likes Power any more, but if the race never started then I'm not sure what the other teams can do about it.
