None of them go on any Motorsport forums - they get annoyed with them!

I generally don't say much that would be of bother to them anyway, as you're right - you can never be too careful after all ;)

So once again the FIA prove that they are fucking idiots. So Red Bull has designed a front camera mounting system that is completely legal and designed their car around that, only for the FIA to take 6 races to decide that, hey even though it is completley legal, FOM are fucktards that can't make a camera that works with Red Bull's legal mounting......it can't look backwards!!! Oh dear God no!!! BAAANNNN!!!
I gather that the FIA acted because other teams were looking at doing similar.

When FOM placed one of there camera housings there at Bahrain this was the result:

At the end of the day every team has to run the same camera housings & that housing clearly didn't work in Red Bull's original solution. Every team has to run the housings in that location on the nose so it shouldn't be any more of an issue for Red Bull as anyone else.

Looks way better now ;)

That Red Bull thing was a brilliant piece of engineering, mind - love it when teams do those kinds of clever solutions :)

I kinda expected this kind of silliness in this thread after I watched qualifying. It looked like the back end started stepping out a bit under braking, and so he aborted, rather than risking trying to make the turn and damaging the car.

I guess I'm.. NAIVE.. as that seems to be the word of the hour (by a certain someone).

When Lewis used it before, he was just quoting Ali G. A white man pretending to be black. Lewis is half white.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Definitely some very suspicious steering inputs from Nico there into Mirabeau. Can't imagine they'd be able to conclusively prove anything though...

But wow the gap between Fernando & Kimi is absolutely astounding. Did Kimi have a problem with the car because the difference on such a short circuit like this is shocking...

At least all this is making the season a bit more interesting. Particularly after the relatively dull races so far. Looking forward to the race, and now that I have said that, I will probably be disappointed.

I can't believe that was on purpose.

besides, we have seen quite some cars using that spot in the past when they are not going to make the corner. Nico was on a hot lap.

Lewis can be dissappointed, he should be, but he should not act like a spoilt little child.

Hamilton: I'll sort it out like Senna

Lewis Hamilton says he will resolve tension with Mercedes Formula 1 team-mate Nico Rosberg in the same way that Ayrton Senna dealt with Alain Prost.

Hamilton refused to answer directly when asked if he felt Rosberg had deliberately gone off to prompt a yellow flag when they were fighting for Monaco Grand Prix pole position - a result that Rosberg secured following his Mirabeau incident.

But in an interview with BBC Radio 5 Live, Hamilton did admit: "I should have known that was going to happen" and replied "potentially" when asked if Rosberg had tried to spoil his pole shot.

Subsequently asked if he needed to sort out the issue with Rosberg, Hamilton compared their situation to Senna and Prost's explosive rivalry when McLaren team-mates.

"I don't know if Senna and Prost talked about it but I quite liked the way Senna dealt with that so I'll take a page out of his book," Hamilton replied.

Senna and Prost's relationship deteriorated after a dispute over a pre-race agreement at the 1989 San Marino Grand Prix.

The dispute rapidly escalated, with the pair colliding at Suzuka in both 1989 and 1990 when disputing world championships.

Prost had left for Ferrari by the time of the second clash, which Senna subsequently admitted had been deliberate.

Asked if felt Rosberg should apologise for the Monaco incident, Hamilton added: "Why does he have to apologise? He's on pole position."

So, Lewis has decided to go full toddler over it. Toto has called the suggestion that it was deliberate "Bullshit", and claimed not to know that Lewis had aired doubts about Rosberg.

Perhaps I'm being NAIVE (I like this new forum slogan), but this all seems more like a brilliantly-executed mind game from Rosberg.

Nico might have won the battle but was it worth on the long haul? If he thinks Merc will back him cause he's German than he may want to think again. The gloves are off indeed!

seems cooled down, for now

I'd had a good weekend so far and I've just been concentrating on my own performance and working on the pace one step at a time. Qualifying was going well today but in hindsight, I should have nailed my best lap before the end of Q3. This is Monaco and there is always the risk of yellow flags here. Of course, I'm extremely disappointed that I didn't get to finish my lap as I was a couple of tenths up. That's motorsport. I have to get the best possible start and then see what we can do from there.
