I'm happy to see Martin Truex Jr. win. I'm really surprised though - I thought he had won more than once in his Sprint Cup career, and more recently too.

Just watched the whole race on DVR. Really pretty good. I'm excited to see Truex win again. Hopefully he can get a few more.

Great to see Truex finally end his losing drought. Came so close so many times before today.

Says a bit about how notable he is. Sonoma: either someone totally awesome wins (JPM, Robby, Ambrose) or someone totally meeeh (Bowyer, Johnson, Truex). Hopefully Watkins will be better.

I fully agree with this. That 78 is going to win soon.

Apparently Kurt said something to his team about not screwing up the pitstop before he got caught for speeding twice. Trying to find the quote for it, but I find that amusing.

Win or not , if he continues like this , he'll be in the chase.

I don't know, but I do recall his team repeatedly telling him "Don't speed, don't speed, don't speed, don't speed," and then he gets nailed for speeding. Oops.

He did say in his post race interview that he ended up figuring out that he messed up the tach setting (during the pace laps I think).
