Sky UK have lost the rights to IndyCar this year. Which sucks. On ESPN which is an extra tenner a month...

I don't quite know how but my mum has the most basic Virgin package (no sports) and yet she gets ESPN and ESPN America etc.
America's alright with all their NASCAR/Drag Racing shows, Indycar will fit in nicely there methinks.

And it's not like it was an active decision for them to show it, more than ESPN was the UK rights distributor and literally no-one else wanted it so they crammed it onto their own channel.

Speedway GP and INDYCAR coming off from behind the paywall is a good thing for me though ;)

Ordered my tickets for Pocono... That's going to be a sweet weekend. ALMS at Limerock Saturday, Indycars at Pocono on Sunday.

In a perverse way, that's good news, as it means he has given up any ambition at taking over the series again.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Our Guys have a bet he's coming over to Indy...

In other news, why have NBCSN moved Jan from the booth to Pit Road? Are they scared of having so many awesome people in one booth, and the effect of imploding?

Of course Beekhuis was a pit-reporter before and now having Bell FT required some changes. Neither Bell or Dallenbach would be any use as pit reporters hence the Beekhuis choice.
