you'd better translate the tweets because google doesn't seem to suggest he was insulting you, more like taking the piss tbh.
I would agree it doesn't seem to make much sense even with google, but I wouldn't go as far as saying he was insulting you, unless google is wildly wrong with some of it's translations (not unheard of I know).

That's why I say grow a thicker skin, cos if you consider that a personal insult then well, grow a thicker skin

and so what if he's old and does a rubbish job, at least you can watch the race live, that's more than most of the UK can. I'd gladly put up with crap commentary if it meant I could legally watch the race live, and not be held to ransom over it.

Makes more sense if you correct the typo in his tweet (schikken - schrikken).

It didnt make sense for me too.

Anyway viXious, I think you're wrong by making critics to Olav Mol who's a legend in dutch TV...no matter what he said, you can't complain coz the guy is good! If Olav drinks tequila mixed with vodka and absinthe and goes to TV on a live broadcast, nobody has anything to do with it...has it? Just kiddin :D

We probably see just as much as you guys because 50% of the broadcast is interrupted by commercials.

In a way I kinda want the title to be decided tomorrow. Just to see how the BBC try and spin the 1 hour highlights of the title decider into being a good thing.

Don't understand the hostility towards it, the way the contract worked out and the races fell, they were always going to pick Brazil over US since they had to choose between the two (and quite right too as regardless of the championship situation, Brazil will be the much better race and allow them to wrap up the season well. )

They haven't got a crystal ball, they had to plan for the championship going down to the wire, the rest is up to the racing gods.

TL, DR, been overdone a 1000 times, but suffice to say, Tories got in: They were fucked from that moment on.,

A conversation for another time, but it wasn't the BBC's fault, blame Osborne, Patten & Thompson for the mess.

bah, beaten to it.

They were wasting money long before the Tories got into power. They said yes to Bernies offer without negotiating, they were paying their 'stars' way too much.

Nothing to do with it, the F1 money was ringfenced.
When the Tories got into power they pulled the World Service funding and the BBC then had a massive budget shortfall.

Yes the BBC has been miss-managed for years, but I'm afraid that F1 contract was tied up tighter than a ducks arse and the full funding was there from the beginning, I know hard working people that have lost their jobs and everything they've worked for because of this, and there are only 3 people to blame for it, and BBC management isn't one of them, they were left with no choice in what to do, loose the coverage, or loose a channel.

But as I said, a conversation for another time, it's been done to death a million times.

that first corner is an inviation for a massive crash... not to mention the following SS where drivers should be side by side.

I sense a flip coming.

Looks like Massa will change his gearbox so Alonso starts on the clean side.
