Well, I don't really have the money...

But it's a big chance & I'll be living off cheap biscuits & food from teams hopefully :p

Living so close, like I do, it annoys me when I can't go

Had a look at the forecast and if the 10 day forecasts are accurate (lol) then it'll be dry & sunny throughout (yes please!)

You'll be in the media centre anyway. :p

I still have to drive there, walk around the paddock oh, and camp for three nights. (and I don't have a plot yet, complex story!) And then I need to leave home at 6am on the Monday for holiday!

So I'd appreciate dry weather!! :p

Ps. If the plan for where I'm camping falls through, I'm texting you and begging

I'm not camping, we're staying in Northampton and getting the park and ride each day. :p

Fuck just realised I won't be able to watch any of this, unless they have live tv on a plane which isn't likely. Intrigued to see what the weather does though, keen for a wet one.

Weather today has ranged from cloudy this morning, sunny late morning and then epic downpour around lunchtime.

So, predictably unpredictable.

You know I have a 0% chance of that happening. The documentation reads something like 'ONLY the person listed will be issued with a pass' etc etc!!

What grandstand are you in this year?

I will be at the qualifying and race this weekend. I wi do my best and provide updates.

I think I will be at the Club Corner grandstand so I can see the Vale corner and the last corner so hopefully the Pirellis will make something happen at those corners.

I am looking forward to it, only I need to sort out some decent waterproofs.

Whatever you do, don't make a prat of yourself behind the TV cameras. I can't stand those prats.

I can't believe it's got out into mainstream media tbh.

It's a shame cause the layout is damn great

Yeah but it is not designed by the great Tilke, so it won't get on the calendar.

Which airline was that? And how much did they charge you for the wi-fi service? What were the speeds like?

It was Delta Airlines from Seattle to Miami, 8 dollars, and the download speed was about 1-2 megabytes per second (barely enough for the stream), I think that was because it was a red-eye flight so everybody else was sleeping and I was the only one using the internet hence increasing my speed.

that's cool. I suppose they took the shape of every championship winning car.

In other news, I just realised it's almost 14 years ago that McLaren last clinched a constructors title. Doesn't look likely at this time that it will change, given Buttons poor performance.

Stowe A, but I want to get around on the Friday and the Saturday.
