Yeah, lots of them. Some even have such good quality that I often rather watch one of those instead of our TV coverage.

Danica to get owner points from Baldwin? Reutimann in the #10? Danica Patrick will be a guaranteed starter in the 2012 Daytona 500, using owner points from Tommy Baldwin Racing. Multiple sources say a deal is nearly complete to make Patrick a guaranteed starter in Stewart Haas Racing's #10 Chevy in the 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup season opener, using owner points accrued last season by driver Dave Blaney in TBR's #36 Chevy. Blaney will now be forced to qualify for the "Great American Race" on time. Patrick is scheduled to run approximately 10 Sprint Cup races this season, and TBR driver David Reutimann will run many of the events Patrick does not; also in the #10 machine. While Patrick will drive Stewart Haas cars purchased from Hendrick Motorsports in her 10 races, Reutimann will steer Baldwin's cars in his outings. TBR will reportedly receive technical and pit crew support from SHR as part of the deal.(Sirius Speedway)(1-30-2012)

Why can't they just give Danica the #14 points? They did it years ago with Kurt Busch and Sam Hornish?

TBR is taking quite the gamble here doing this. You never know what can happen in qualifying and what not....

TBR's denying it thus far. Really hope they keep the points.

Fuck the top-35 rule.

Question - Has anyone heard anything about the 32 FAS Lane team, other than Schrader's announcement for 9 races?

^^I know that's the first announcement of any kind, for any driver, for that team this season. They did fairly for a team that didn't even attempt all the races, and T-Lab finished what... 14th in the Daytona 500 last year?

On an unrelated note, I couldn't express to my wife how cool I thought that Andy Hillenberg answered a tweet of mine, and he followed me back. lol She had no clue who he was (not that surprising, I guess), and neither did she know how cool I thought it was when Ted Musgrave replied to one of my Facebook status updates. I just said something about having duck for supper, and Ted said something about Aflac. :)

Anyway, I thought it was random. heheh

lol those are always cool. The closest I've come is getting Facebook responses from Bob Pockrass and Michele Rahal and Twitter response from Tom Jensen.

Well so long as you keep it real with them, I'm sure most of them are willing to answer back.

Andy just said something about signing on to do more stunts on a movie (which I actually didn't know he did, btw), when I replied and said I thought his greatest stunt was driving underneath a flying Casey Atwood at the '99 Daytona Busch race.

Of course, I neglected to mention he kinda caused that wreck. ;)

There was a fire at JGR today, 10-15 people treated for smoke inhalation.
