Saavedra?

Oh. No surprise there. He is useless.

I'm praying for this too. Dario's onboard makes me pray even more. I'm shaking like hell...

I imagine if Dan hasn't got serious head injuries some how, he must have major problems with his arms.. He would not have kept them close to his chest with that impact and they would likely be completely exposed to the fence :/

Still blows my mind how they're doing 220+ on a track with less banking than Texas, where they do about 216.

With no rollhoop, Dans head probably made contact with the fence. I really really hope he is okay..

Either that, or I became thinking that maybe Power hit him instead of the wall.

It was definitely Wheldon in the catchfence. I don't think Power's car made contact with Wheldon's. Hard to tell though because there were so many cars along the wall getting pelted by others sliding to the top.

I think they came together at the wall after Dan landed back from the fence. It looked to me that way.
Anyway, terrible scene, worst I can remember for sure and I've seen a ton of bad wrecks, like most of us...

At the very least, I wouldn't try restarting the race until we know nobody is dead.

I must say, I really also didn't like Pippa Mann's condition. She looked hurt too.

It might be exciting to watch sometimes, but this what can happen when Indycar tries to race like Nascar at Talladega.
