That's just mediums over softs, he should've been on inters like everyone else tbh

2nd sector was a bit sketchy but he was on pace in the 1st sector and the last sector was the driest of all. I think he would've gone through.

Delay the session for 35 minutes for safety, allow a rolling roadblock in qualy every weekend. F1 logic

Piastri is really cementing himself in the top group of F1 drivers

Careful mate, you're not allowed to defend Stroll on here

I don't think "he would've gone through if he hadn't thrown it away all on his own" is the Stroll defence you think it is...

Also, why would anyone want to? Don't we respect racing talent over people who wouldn't be anywhere near the sport if they weren't the son of a Billionare? :?

WTF is Russell on this weekend, 15th, 10th, 10th and fucked up Lewis' run at a front row....

Just an awful weekend so far, on a run of pretty average results too...

Could Merc pinch Piastri from McLaren to run alongside Hamilton for a couple of years then take the reigns.

I like GR but I think he might not be good enough.

Swap him with Lewis, let Lewis have his final 2 years as a Mclaren homecoming with it seems a wash in terms of car performance (maybe even a slight improvement) and let Merc develop Piastri to fight max in 2026 (at the earliest, sadly) :p

Stroll also fell down the stairs in the motorhome. Sigh.

Sprint race moved to 17:05 local because of the delay to qualifying and the minimum time needed between. Most amusing scenario now would be for a heavy shower to start at 5pm.
