What's the limit for the red flag ?

If only 1 car crashes, do they wave the red flag or not ? If only one driver crashes with 2 to go ? Guess they want to finish under green no matter what ?

Could be risky to do a restart with 1 or 2 to go.

I think they red flag it if there's still enough time for a pace lap and a couple of racing laps. I imagine (and hope) this'll be the last one.
