If Hamilton escapes penalty Red Bull can easily order a strategic collision later in the season. No way Marko & Horner let Hamilton get away with this.

Hamilton just made a mistake. F1 drivers are not free of human errors. If no one made human errors, there would be no crashes in motorsport at all (apart from technical issues).
Just because it's F1, involving championship leaders and in a fast corner, people go nuts. If a similar accident happened in a F4 class in a slower section of the track, it would be just some "funny crash on Youtube".
I try to treat all crashes without bias, objectively. It's just a sort of racing incident that happen all the time, probably again today when the green flag is shown.

Yeah, without heavy penalty this will become one of the dirtiest championship fight ever. This happens before half way point. Rest of the season will be insane no matter what.

Sergio Perez can take Hamilton out at any point later in the season. This is a no-brainer. Helmut Marko is a ruthless character. He won't back off from this IMO.

Funnily enough, I was watching only yesterday the video of Senna doing this to Prost and Schumacher all over the place at the 1993 race. Max is not the first driver ever to swing across into a corner and Lewis isn't the first driver ever to experience it.
