USAC level race management there by allowing that tow truck to be in the way of cars heading to pit lane

He shoulda picked Indycar, IMO. He's NOT going to be driving for wins in F1. He could be a huge fish in a smaller pond and enjoy the racing better.

I don't think Askew was expecting them to slow like that in front of him and made the move to avoid running in the back
