I also agree about not seeing where F3 fits on the ladder in North America. If you want to get to Indycar, you're much better off doing the MRTI. If you want to get to NASCAR, run sprints\midgets etc. and then work your way up from there. If you want to get to F1, go to Europe.

F4 works because it's the very first step on the ladder regardless of where you want to go (and quite cheap too).

This camo'ed GP3 style car was testing at Monza earlier this month. Some are thinking it's for the merged F3 Europe / GP3 championship

F3 Americas recap from PittRace


Kyle Kirkwood won all 3 races for F3 Americas at Mid-Ohio, only 4 cars were entered in the race once again. Next race is next month at NJMP.

It seems he did well with additional pressure today; Prema apparently found a good setup for wrecking the tyres.

Amazingly wild opening couple of laps with cars criss crossing each other and going 4 abreast down the straight

Amazingly dull race after that. :8:
