the GT classes of the IMSA TUDOR United Sports Car Championship are ready to tackle the challenging 3.27 mile circuit that is VIRginia International Raceway. Support classes for this weekend includes the IMSA Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge, IMSA Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA presented by Yokohama, Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo North America and the Maserati Trofeo series.

was considering about going to this at the start of the year until I saw the ticket prices (I know they aren't as bad as Lime Rock and Petit LeMans). Might go up for Trans-Am next month though (as tickets are cheap as a normal night at Bowman Gray and it would be a better starter event to try out a full blown road course, as I have only raced or watched at the Charlotte infield roval)
