Seems the #03 Ferrari got tagged by a DP and got suspension damage. 60 stop go coming for the guilty party then.

#94 penalised for entering a closed pit? What was he supposed to do, conk out around the track a second time?

Actually it was both. Seems that they got pulled back to their pitbox though. Strange.
