The 1000 KM of Nurburgring show the 4th round of the Le Mans Series. For financial reasons (with their engagement at Petit Le Mans), Oreca did not race. But Aston Martin engaged the N°008 car, without Verstappen and Davidson, but with Ramos (meh) and Chris Buncombe. Pescarolo's Driver and championship leader (with JC Bouillon) Christophe Tinseau have a broken rib cause the bumps of Portimao and replaced only for this round by Emmanuel Collard.
