To add to the TV coverage. Fox will show the first hour live with Speed covering about 12-13 hours of the rest of it.

Also, in testing yesterday the fastest car was the #6 Michael Shank Racing Ford. Today the fastest car is the LevelFive BMW.

GT seems to be a battle between the #86 Farnbacher-Loles Porsche and the #69 Speedsource Mazda.

Pfff no more Jim Matthews Racing and Goossens still hasn't found a new seat for 2009 :( He has been testing the LevelFive BMW Riley, but since they already have a complete line-up...

There are still some possibilities tho, at least I hope so :p

I cant get over how much different the Childress car looks.

Andy Wallace apparently got some air during the test today after a rear tyre went down exiting the Tri-Oval.
http://motorsport.com/news/article.asp? ... S=GRANDAM*
Quote:
A right-rear tire "went from pressurized to zero faster than I just said it," car-constructor Max Crawford said while the car was undergoing relatively light repairs, especially considering the incident's negative potential.

"Andy was doing 194 mph (at the fastest point in the Daytona International Speedway's tri-oval) when the telemetry showed the tire went down," Crawford said. "Andy at first thought something broke."

It was right about that time, just when Wallace was a millisecond from a full-court brake press for his transition to the infield, when the car went airborne.

Other than accomplishing a broad, one-point landing on its aft section, that was about as spectacular as it got. Thank goodness.

All was well with Wallace and, other than superficially, the Childress-Howard car.

Schedule for tomorrow's final test day:
Monday, January 5
7:30 AM Garages open
9:00 AM 10:00 AM Practice – KONI Challenge Series
10:15 PM 12:00 PM Practice – Rolex Series
1:30 PM 2:15 PM Practice – KONI Challenge Series
2:30 PM 3:30 PM Practice – Rolex Series
5:00 PM Garages closed - All rigs must vacate the Speedway

Live Timing which may be avaliable during tomorrow's test, however bookmark it because it will be up for qualifying & the race in a few weeks:

How is this possible? Start live but broadcast starts at 22:30, so I assume the race starts at 23:00 cet then. But the finish live is an hour earlier? So what are eurosport going to miss, the start or the finish?

Yeah I just noticed his name on the list of the testing days too :p
