I'll also be trying to go all 24 as usual, but I never succeed. Just drinking cups of tea doesn't really help  .

I've got to be up at 5:30am to Marshal at Birmingham Wheels oval until 1PM so very much doubt I'll make the full 24
Might try a "French cameraman snooze" about 1am and hope I can wake myself back up for dawn which is one of the coolest parts of the race imo.

You'll have to start the skype chat without me. I probably will be home about 2:15pm at the EARLIEST #23hours45minsofLemans

Lets mic this year, should be funny as balls.

So when is the best time to wake up in the morning for the dawn of the race?

Well the sun will rise at le mans at 6am local time (5am UK), so probably half an hour before this at least.

Sweet. I should just be getting home from our Saturday night track when dawn breaks in Lemans (11:30PM EST). Getting up at 8AM tomorrow for a cup or two of coffee, some cigarettes and to get comfortable in my chair to see the opening few hours.

Assuming the streams linked at the beginning of the thread are Eurosport (might try a stream instead of FS1 coverage), what time does Eurosport kick off tomorrow?

I'll be watching/listening to the first 3.5 hours at work tomorrow, followed by a few hours at home, then off to our short track.

Should be home around 11, then to bed at three and up at 8am to see the finish, then back to bed for a few more hours.

Meh, usual Ferrari quit threat.

Of course. But not quitting doesn't mean not joining.

Dagys saying the announcement is not gonna happen, so in the end probably nothing is going to happen: http://sportscar365.com/lemans/lemans24 ... -notebook/ (last paragraph)

Previously I've always checked the official sunrise time and tried to wake up just before it, but at that point it is already pretty light, so definitely much before.

12:30-13:00 (Paris time) is some schedule press conference.

#79 Porsche moved into the Pro category and will run with 2 drivers only.

Oh, the return of endless slowmo shots. I'd have no problem with this if they showed something actually interesting like flexing tyres and aero parts.
