I read that earlier today, clickbait headline compared to what Vasselon actually said.

At the end of last year rules were frozen for 2017-2019, essentially cancelling or postponing introduction of 3rd ERS systems and 10MJ category.

"Lapierre Set for Return to Toyota":

Interesting considering all the speculation about why he was semi-fired back in 2014.

WEC stream's new broadcast team is McNish, Haven, Toby Moody and Graham Goodwin.

Hindy may have wanted to leave because of Le Mans scheduling and then again WEC may have wanted to have the same team also for Le Mans. (and the comms were never RLM production, Hindy & Goodwin were just freelancing)

I know he comes across as being incredibly smug, but at least he knows what he's talking about. Unlike Moody, who's useless.

Oh I don't doubt he knows his stuff, it's just whenever I listen to him I think a bit of excitement in his voice wouldn't go amiss

I also end up thinking "dude, maybe you'd like to watch chess so much more" given how he seems to cream over strategies and even talk about them over wheel to wheel racing, which seems to get in the way of the strategies to him..

At least Toby Moody shows passion and enthusiasm. Yeah, he makes mistakes but they come from a good place.

He put in a good effort. Guessing a rear end failure of sorts.

looks weird to me. Technical Failure? Lost it at breaking?
