Gotta feel for the teams that had respectable programs going with the RX8 and now they are puttering around with that POS.

It's only the one team really - Dempsey and Co jumped ship to ALMS, Sahlen moved on to DPs and that just left Speedsource who run both of them. Hopefully they and Mazda will be able to switch the cars up to GT spec or something for next year as it would be a shame to lose them both.

The #71 Multimatic Aston Martin just had a pretty substantial wreck in the Continental Tire race. Something broke/went down in the rear and went off into the tires on the left side. Got some decent air too.

Mid-Ohio is one of my favourite tracks in all calendar, looking very much forward to this race. Quite confident it will be a entertaining one :)

That was painful to watch as I plan to be at the Glen in 2 weeks and always watch the races just before the events I go to with a very selfish "don't wreck the cars I like!" attitude. :p Hope it's fixable but it was a sizable wreck. Probably damaged the chassis.

"Welcome to Mid-Oh.................Hi Everybody!"

Looks like there's some weather around here too, hope it actually falls this time.

And it is broadcasting law that any sportscar race from MO must show that amazing BMW cartwheel from 5 or so years ago a few times. We've already had 1 today. ;)

Karma for Yacaman.

Shame to see this for Michael Shank :(

How much does that add to Yacaman's total from the past few races then?

Wonder if this will be enough for Shank to show him the door.
