What have Conquest said about 2013? They've given up on Indycar, but why haven't they committed to another season with the Oak-Pescarolo? It looked very promising last year.

According to Eric Bachelart (@Endurance Info) they're looking for different options for a "sportscar program". He said they're evaluating ALMS P2,PC or GTC. I sincerely hope they bring back the Morgan in P2.

Sounds like it's finally time for him to make a proper name for himself, and himself only. Being called Senna in F1 can't be anything other than a massive distraction if you ask me. Good for him :)

Still looks like an upgraded GT3 to me. And that's what I don't like about it. I hate the downgrading off classes at Le Mans. Good to see that BMW still commits to the class, but I shiver at the thoughts of GT3 at Le Mans.

Actually I think upgrading GT3s (or running GT3 class with some tweaking) is the best option for the future of endurance GT classes. And besides that, GT3s are often less than 2 seconds slower than GTEs. As a comparison, the fastest GT3 Ferrari qualified at Spa 24H in 2:20:7 and the class pole for GTE at the Spa WEC round was 2:19:7 (also by a Ferrari, of course).
