Glad that Aston and Pug will be saving LMP1's credibility for this race. Although I doubt Aston will be able to give them much resistance.

GT2 will be the one to watch.

Loving the look of the Aston and Peugeot (Aston more though)

That's how sportscars should look, in my mind, none of this open cockpitted nonsense! :p

But I realise everyone has different opinions and it's probably just me that thinks that ;)

From the ALMS website:

STREAMING QUALIFYING AND RACE VIDEO...RIGHT HERE! The 2010 American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón will start in an exciting new fashion at Sebring. In concert with television partner SPEED, americanlemans.com will stream Friday’s qualifying session AND two hours of Saturday’s race coverage live for the 58th Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring presented by Fresh from Florida.

And, as well as the IMSA timing site, ALMS.com has its own too:
http://www.americanlemans.com/ wrote:
LIVE TIMING AND SCORING ON THE GO! Away from the TV or computer? Sync up with live scoring from the American Le Mans Series with mobile timing for your Blackberry or smartphone. Browse scoring.americanlemans.com/m to stay in the know wherever you go. For iPhone users, remember you can get the official Series' iPhone app through the iTunes store.

Updated first post with this info. All that is needed now is a nice full-race online stream!!

I like the Aston, but the Lowe's logo on the car is way the fuck out of place.

Of course much better than nothing but it's the same than last year then. Not so coincidentally Speed TV will be off air for two hours due Nationwide qualifying. So there will be stream during that break. On Ten-Tenths forums there was some hearsay that during Sebring winter test Scott Atherton had promised online streaming... but since there has been this "live qualifying + race stream when Speed airs Nascar" for past two seasons already, I hope the promise meant something else.

Just found on the ALMS site this nice and rather useful car spotters guide.

Todays practice is starting shortly, and qualifying will be starting in just over four hours.

First I got only sound with black picture. Now I get nothing but flickering screen which seems like some technical problem.

Actually not too bad quality. It just pixelates a lot once in a while.

Sound volume (from the track) could be higher. (Or maybe that's because of the new, even lower decibel limits...)
