a near-full grid of cars are at the speedway, it deserves it's own thread

streaming on Peacock (USA) and the IndyCar app (outside the USA)

Thursday might be a washout, Friday is looking good however.

Wow they just said JR Hildebrand is now with Foyt racing in the number 1 car. Looks like he's going to be running a Foyt throwback livery.

I just turned on the stream and saw some guys working on the SAFER barrier. I figured they’d still be puttering around doing installation laps.

That crash looked like one from 92. He clearly lost it already, but when the front wing hit the grass and it spun the car even quicker, he was lucky that didn't end up being a head on hit.
