Seems a bit unnecessary. They have gone longer than 30 laps without any real issue.

Yes theres been some blistering but its not as if we have had a lot of failures.

I thought it was Chaves that got called for blocking though.

This is a fucking mess. I agree with Tracy. Indycar should've just left the tire management to the teams.

As for TK's shenanigans. I like him, but the big crash for sure was his fault. Agree with the stop and hold penalty.

It was but look at the white line, Rahal crossed it and then they tangled.

Was never blocking

Nascar: We're going to break the races up into stages.

It kind of makes sense. They definitely knew a yellow was coming, but as far as I know Indycar just said every 30 laps, not on lap # xxx and xxx, etc. So, I sort of see Cindrics point. But Indycar was clear it's a mandatory stop. You have to come no matter what.

The funny thing is it seems like only the Penske's are the one's suffering tyre issues yet Tim Cindric was complaining about not being told about the Yellows.... I hope he realises what Indycar are doing almost single handly helps his driver more than anyone else (until of course the crash)
