The video stream is very stuttery. In firefox it's a bit better than in chrome, but still not very good. Tried watching it in VLC but it won't play there (vlc plays live youtube streams, but this one seems different)

For me it gets a lot smoother if you stop the driver tracker (which is also a video feed) on the right hand side tbh

Looks like there's some aero modifications on the cars for this year, the rear bumpers seem to have grown extra flick ups to merge them into the rear wing. Will probably make them stable in the corners, though it doesn't make these ugly things any easier on the eye :o

I go straight to http://cdn.livestream.com/grid/LSPlayer ... el=indycar and that seems to work smoother for me.

Hmm this isn't much better, at least on my end

I do think the problem is definitely their fault though, its not hard to give people the option to watch in the quality of their choice these days :-s

Some sombre news:

Just a few days after his 90th birthday, legendary Indy mechanic A.J Watson has passed away. Godspeed.

I've found it a lot better today than yesterday, when it was borderline unwatchable. Firefox was a patch here, too.

Is the boost turned up for this part of practice or does that not happen until Friday when they get ready for the Time Trials?

Boost turn up? I missed something?

Is that only for practice/qualifying or also for the race
