Oh, that's so sad, and a bad year for the Unser family with Bobby & Robby passing away also this year |

Good god what an awful year for them. They survived the dangers of IMS and Sprint Cars and then lose 2 of them in one year |

simply great legends, with a display of competence and speed. Both at the speedway and at the hillclimb RIP |

Sad for the Unser clan. At least Big Al got to see another member inducted into the 4X club. Hope Al Jr. doesn't fall off the wagon again over this. As for PT, I always liked him as a driver and commentator. I don't have Facebook so it's easy to not pay attention to that rubbish. |

Pruett was championing the cause of TK to the commentary booth in today's Mailbag - he'll certainly have the time. ------------- Malukas and son confirmed at Coyne. https://racer.com/2021/12/15/dale-coyne ... ar-season/ A pertinent point in the article is that there will be at least 5 rookies in next year's field, including 3 Lights graduates and 2 refugees from F2. There is nothing wrong with Indycar's ladder. |

well with Toronto being a exclusive race on there, figured it fit best here: PSA for those in the States & using Spectrum (Charter, Time Warner, Bright House, whatever else they have merged with) for TV or internet service, Peacock is now a freebie if your a TV subscriber, you get it for a whole year for free if your internet-only, you get 3 months for free - still have to pay extra for ad-free coverage, however I suspect that will be more of a IMSA thing |

No rest for the wicked, or for Pruett. https://racer.com/2021/12/26/pruett-ind ... 6-edition/ tl;dr -The other half of the #20 is still an open question, with neither Aitken nor RHR having been signed after their tests - maybe Daly has found a new backer or backers to keep himself in the seat. -Juncos has moved away from the idea of fielding an extra car for the season, as has Foyt. -The rest of the article is devoted to 2023, and the first rumour on the board is Rossi to Ganassi. -SPAM are aiming to put 3 cars on track at every round, and all of them might need new drivers - O'Ward is very keen on F1 and FRosen is in the last year of his contract. -Shank is thinking about expanding further and might need another new driver on top of that if Helio decides that the full season is no longer the best fit for him. -Penske would consider going back to 4 cars for the right driver. |
