Also still not a fan of the current qualifying format (3rd year they have run it?), Both days just kinda end now without the same level of tension & excitement we used to get with older formats. The track is technically still open for another 8-9 minutes yet nobody can run, With the old formats this was the most exciting time of pole day & bump day when you had more than 33 cars.

IndyCar is probably banking on it as Honda and Chevy have on numerous times expressed an interest on a lighter load when it comes to the amount of teams they supply.
