It's not so bad when you see the upper tier.

Traffic ruined this race.

That's 2.5 hours I'll never get back.

His tyres were shot, couldn't get around the traffic. Therefore Monty wouldn't have been able to over take Power who was faster then the backmakers were.

Fit the racing perfectly, in that case.

Fact: Power is late to his post-race press conference because he had to go to medical to get cream puff filling removed from his ears.

Well that race was absolute shit. I think the crowd was decent. Nowhere near a sellout, but there were a lot of people mulling around. A nice cool breezy 70 degree day. The race was ass though. The highlight of my day was when TK right reared Power up the track in T2 when he was unlapping himself. Then he got the lead after Power lost a ton of time and pitted. Power was chopping the fuck out of TK early in the race so it was nice payback. That last run to the finish was wtf. People started leaving with about 25 to go. I walked down and gave will the double bird for stinking up the show as he crossed under the checkers. Pictures to follow.

Someone tell me again why we need Milwaukee on the schedule?

Cold day in hell when the Cup race is better than the Indycar race.

History and tradition.
(Which is kind of botched by not having the Milwaukee Mile after the 500, but never mind...)

I enjoyed the Milwaukee races in the 1990s quite a bit. But in the modern era... Cars on a short track with very little speed differential, an aero package that seems to make passing even lap traffic difficult, and tires that fall off after a few laps... not a successful formula for an exciting race.
