Gateway has a testing license, so there's a possibility there.

On a note of the 2nd tweet,

Laguna Seca has a MRTI date in September and a PWC date in October. Ironically the rumored overseas Non Championship race was slated for the same weekend as the PWC race.

I've never been to an IndyCar race and planned to seriously attempt Boston. Damn.

I never really believed this race would go on, really. I've no idea regarding the situation in Boston, but an Indycar race that has a TBC asterix next to it is not gonna happen, we've seen this before.

Go to Pocono. Tickets are not bad, similar distance to drive to Pocono from New Milford as it is to go to Boston and I'll buy you a beer if you show up.

Perhaps a TBK meet up? I'm considering doing Pocono again this year.

Absolutely. Been the last 3 years with my wife and parents. I have long since renewed my tickets for this year.

I'll have to seriously consider, especially because of the beer offer lol... It'll be more of a game time decision though because our baby is due at the end of July.

Please go to Pocono, it needs all the fans it can get.

I mean after last year I understand why some people wouldn't want to go there again, but as absolutely gutting and depressing as that race was for me, I still wouldn't want to lose the track from the Calendar.

The fans who were there last year that I talked to said they liked what they saw and would come back. You have to understand that at the time a lot of the people at the track did not know how bad Justin's wreck was. Most were NASCAR fans, but they liked the on-track product.

Chris, good seats can be had walkup as far as I know so a game time decision is fine. You won't get the top row, but you can be close.

Congrats on the upcoming little one too!

I've heard Pocono is a difficult track to see the action, but that's coming from a teacher back in high school who had only really been to races at Pocono. Accurate/Inaccurate?

If racing fans had that logic then no-one would go to any circuits ever.

True. Maybe more of a personal thing for me then

Still, as i say I don't want pocono to suffer as a result

Why would it? It was an accident and a freak one at that. It wasn't the fault of Pocono.

We all miss Justin. But I'm sure you still attend races at circuits where people have passed, right? Or do you apply your own logic and stay away?
