tl;dr of Alonso's performance so far?

I can see "fourth fastest" in headlines but that doesn't tell much about consistency etc.

Fuck ABC/ESPN for not even broadcasting qualifying on TV. Take your WatchESPN app and go suck an egg. I get that they've pretty much let go every single member of their motorsports broadcast team, but come on.... It's the Indy 500. Absolutely embarrassing.

My TV guide says ABC at 4pm.

Edit: I think that's just the fast 9 shootout though. I think he meant why is not all of qualifying on TV.

Because it's racing and everyone knows racing isn't a real sport, except for horse racing (not that there's anything wrong with horse racing but motorsports has always gotten pissed on).

ESPN has 10 year old poker highlights as higher priority than any type of racing (motorsports, horse racing) or hockey these days I believe
